  • I will show respect to myself, my instructor, my classmates, and the equipment

  • I will bring my pencil and notebook to class

  • I will wear safe and appropriate clothing to class

  • I will follow all directions, stay on task, and ask question when I need assistance

  • I will prepare for tests and quizzes

  • I will work in my area and not interrupt my classmates

  • I will use tools and equipment only as it was engineered to be used

  • I will keep my work-space clean and orderly

  • I will be responsible for my work area and assigned materials

CONSEQUENCES

Your safety and the safety of your classmates is my primary focus. The tools and materials provided for you to use in class is also a priority, you will treat these items as if they were yours, and realize there is a high monetary value for these items. Based on this, you will receive an immediate consequence to any disruptive or unsafe behaviors, or inappropriate use of tools and equipment. 

Minor Actions

You will receive one warning, then a consequence according to the steps on the Cibola High School Student Handbook, and/or APS student handbook.

Repeated Minor Actions

You will be removed from the class activity until you choose to behave appropriately.

Major Actions

You will be removed from the class activity and be assigned a curriculum-based alternative assignment to complete. You may also receive additional consequences according to the Cibola High School Student Handbook and/or APS student handbook.
