Add the following GD&T to 106-121-152-001 (BASE)

Set the top face of the Base to Datum A
Set the long face with dimensions .750” x 11.500” to Datum B
Set the short face with dimensions .750” x 4.000” to Datum C
Give Datum C a Perpendicularity tolerance zone of .005” relative to Datum A and B
Give Datum B a Perpendicularity tolerance zone of .005” relative to Datum A
Give Datum A a Flatness tolerance zone of .005”
Add a limit tolerance to the tapped threaded holes that fit .4219-.4269
The Position of the holes must be within a 0.025” diametrical tolerance zone at Maximum Material Condition relative to Datum A, B and C
The Profile of the Surface of the bottom of the part must be within a .005” tolerance zone relative to Datum A

Add the following GD&T to 106-121-152-002 (SUPPORT)

Instead of dimensioning from the outside of the part (4.00), dimension to the inside of the
bends (3.500).
Two holes on bottom of support should be dimensioned to a diameter .500
Change inside bend to .250
Large hole in SUPPORT has a FN2 fit with the BUSHING.
- Hint: Diameter is 1.000", add a FN2 Hole tolerance fit to drawing

Add the following GD&T to 106-121-152-003 (WHEEL)

Change outer diameter of hub to 1.000
Add fillets of .125 to the interior edges.
Hole in WHEEL has RC1 fit with shaft on SHOULDER SCREW.

Add the following GD&T to 106-167-891-180 (BUSHING)

Hole has RC1 fit with shaft on SHOULDER SCREW.
