Download and print the delegation form found in Module 6. After the School Nurse completes the delegation training with you, please ask the Nurse to be sure to let Deborah Hill and/or Nursing Services know that you have been delegated the Diabetes skills. Save (make copies of) your documentation so that you can share with School Nurses who may cover your Health Office, or to take with you to a new assignment or Summer School programming.
